v2x Invoice

Hold the mic and say what you need: a new customer's name, email and address, or an invoice's due date and items, such as "5 pallets of bricks at £100 each, inclusive of VAT". The app shows what it understood, and you confirm each step. Nothing reaches Xero until you've reviewed it and pressed Submit.

What it does

• Creates contacts and invoices in your own Xero organisation, with UK VAT rates (20%, 5%, zero-rated, exempt), VAT-inclusive or plus-VAT prices, and a breakdown to check before you send.
• Optionally emails the invoice to your customer through Xero.
• Lets you fix anything by typing: the due date, an item, or a saved contact.

What you need

• An iPhone.
• A Xero organisation (UK).
• An OpenAI API key, which you pay OpenAI for directly. A typical invoice uses about a penny's worth. How to get one.

No account with us

There is no v2x account and no server of ours. The app talks only to Xero and to OpenAI, using your own Xero sign-in and your own OpenAI key, both kept in your iPhone's Keychain. Privacy policy.
